How can I map a WebDAV drive to a CTERA appliance? (Windows)

Solution

  1. On the desktop, right click the My Computer icon and select Map Network Drive.
  2. Insert the address of the CTERA appliance in the following format: \\<portaladdress>@SSL\devices\<device_name>\webdav, where <portaladdress> is the URL of the CTERA portal and <device_name> is the device name of the appliance.
  3. Click the Connect using different credentials checkbox.
  4. You are prompted for a user name and password.
  5. Enter your user name and password for the CTERA appliance.
  6. Click the Remember my credentials checkbox.
  7. Click OK.
