# Activity Analytics

**Activity Analytics** tracks the audit log history over the last 90 days to provide comprehensive visibility into user actions and system events: daily operations, file access patterns, user activities, and detailed breakdowns of events.

You use this information to make informed decisions based on real-time data.

A global administrator sees the information for all the team portals. A team administrator sees only information about that team portal.

Changes to the file data is refreshed every 24 hours. Changes to the SMB audits are refreshed every 15-20 minutes.

## Using the Interactive Display

The dashboard is fully interactive. Click on any graph trend to filter your view instantly, search directly within tables, and schedule automated AI-generated reports to your inbox. Your filesystem data has never been this accessible.
