Note
The following procedure is not available for CTERA HC100 devices. The HC100 license is EV4 and cannot be changed.
A CTERA Edge Filer requires a license to operate, which it receives from CTERA Portal. You can change the license to another license that is available in your CTERA Portal account.
To change the CTERA Edge Filer license:
- In the Configuration view, select Main > This Device in the navigation pane.
The This Device page opens, displaying the product information.
- In the license area click Change.
The Select License window is displayed.
NoteWhen there is no choice, determined by the licenses available in the CTERA Portal account, the current license is displayed. Click Done to exit the procedure.
- Select the new license and click Save.
