After you have connected to the CTERA Portal the Windows File Explorer or macOS Finder opens showing the portal Cloud Drive page.
You can create new folders that are then synced to the portal.
You must change the name of a new folder from the default name for the folder to be synced with the portal.
The default name for a Windows Explorer folder is New Folder.
The default name for a macOS Finder folder is untitles folder.
