Viewing Cloud Sync Logs

To view cloud sync logs:

• Select Logs & Alerts > Cloud Sync Log in the navigation pane.
  The CLOUD SYNC LOG page opens, displaying the cloud syncs to the portals.
  

The page includes the following columns:

Field	Display
DEVICE	The device name. To view details about the device, click the device name. The device details are displayed in a new browser window.
DATE	The date and time at which the event occurred. To the left of the date an icon identifies the event severity: – Debug – Info – Warning – Error
RESULT	The result of the cloud sync.
MESSAGE	Additional information in cases where the sync was not successful.
