A support report can be downloaded for a CTERA Edge Filer or agent displayed in a CTERA Portal.
To download a support report for a device:
- Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
This page displays all of your devices that have been connected to your account, for example, CTERA Agents and CTERA Edge Filers and mobile phones.
- Click the graphic or the name of the device connected to the CTERA Portal for which you want a support report.
The device details are displayed. - Click the
icon and select Download Support Report.
The support report is downloaded as a zip file.
