In both PostgreSQL continuous archiving and streaming replication, the database archive storage pool is created. If, at any point the data or archive pool requires additional disk space, it is possible to increase the pool's size by extending the current archive pool disk disk, except for IBM Cloud where CTERA recommends adding a disk.
