If a problem arises with your CTERA Edge Filer, you can generate a report for CTERA support to use to identify and resolve the problem.
To generate a support report:
- In the CONFIGURATION tab, select System > Configuration Tools in the navigation pane.
- Click Support Report.
The report is generated in ZIP file in your computer's download folder.
