Monitoring an Agent

You can monitor the rate of transfer of data over time between the agent and the portal and the number of files and amount of storage.

To display statistics:

1. Right-click the CTERA Agent tray icon in the taskbar, , and select Settings.
   Or,
   Click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the CTERA Agent window.
   The CTERA Agent Settings window is displayed.
2. Click Main > Cloud Drive in the navigation pane.
   The Cloud Drive page is displayed.
3. Click Show Statistics.
   A new browser window is displayed with the portal login.
4. Login to the portal and the statistics are displayed.

     The graph shows the Cloud I/O – The rate of transfer of data over time from the agent to the portal (Upload) and the portal to the agent (Download).
