Removing a Device from Your Account

If you want to remove a mobile device, it is recommended is wipe the data first, as described in Wiping the Data From a Mobile Device.
To remove a device from your account:
- Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
This page displays all of your devices that have been connected to your account.
- Click the
icon to the right of the device you want to remove and select Delete Device.
The page changes to the page with the device details and a confirmation message is displayed. - Click Delete to delete the device.
The device is removed, freeing up the license for another user.
