Restarting a Device from Your Account

You can restart your CTERA Edge Filers directly from your CTERA Portal account.

Note

You cannot restart agent devices.

To remove a device from your account:

  1. Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
    This page displays all of your devices that have been connected to your account.

  2. Click the image.png
    icon to the right of the CTERA Edge Filer you want to restart and select Restart Device.
    The page changes to the page with the device details and a confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Restart to restart the device.

The device restarts.
