You can restart your CTERA Edge Filers directly from your CTERA Portal account.
Note
You cannot restart agent devices.
To restart a device from your account:
- Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
This page displays all of your devices that are registered to your account.
- Click the
icon to the right of the CTERA Edge Filer you want to restart and select Restart Device.
The page changes to the page with the device details and a confirmation message is displayed. - Click Restart to restart the device.
The device restarts.
