Selecting Applications for Backup

1. In the CTERA Agent Settings window, select Backup Options > Backup Applications.

2. Expand the folder directory and check the check box next to each application you want to back up.

   • To back up Microsoft Hyper-V VMs, check the check boxes next to the VMs you would like to back up, or check the Microsoft Hyper-V VSS Writer check box to select all VMs.
   • To back up Microsoft Exchange Server, select the mailbox database you want to back up.

3. Click OK and then Save.

The applications you selected will be included in all future backups, both scheduled and manual.
