    This option is only available if the CTERA Portal setup includes an online preview server.

    The list of icons changes dependent on what actions you can perform on the preview file:
    image.png – Search within the file.
    image.png – Pan within the file.
    image.png – Select text within the file.
    image.png – Rotate the file 90 degrees clockwise.
    image.png – Magnify a part of the file. Move the cursor to the part to magnify and press the left mouse button.
    image.png – Select a part of the document to zoom in on.
    image.png – Resize the content to fit the display size.
    image.png – Zoom in to the file.
    image.png – Zoom out.
    image.png – Print the file.
    image.png – Download the file.
    image.png – Edit the file, when Microsoft O365 is available.

    An extensive list of file types is supported. If online viewing is not supported for your file type, CTERA Portal will offer to download it instead.
    The following file types are supported:
    Document – DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, RTF, CSV, PDF, ODT, ODS, ODP, and many older document formats
    Web – HTML, SVG
    Image – TIFF, JPG, JPEG, JP2, GIF, PNG, RAS, CAL, MIL, DIB, BMP, PSD, PCT, PCX, DCX, PCD, WMF, EMF, TGA, and many more image formats
    Medical Image Files – DICOM, DCM
    CAD – DGN, DWG, DXF
    Email – EML, MSG
    Other – txt
