Viewing Your Cloud Drive

CTERA Agent creates a Cloud Drive folder on your computer. This folder is the default destination for synced folders from the CTERA Portal cloud drive.

You can drag items into subfolders of the Cloud Drive folder to add them to be synced to the Cloud Drive.

To access the Cloud Drive folder in Windows Explorer:

  • Click the CTERA Agent Menu Bar icon, image.png, and click Open Folder in the CTERA Agent window.
    Note

    If you click View online, the CTERA Portal opens displaying the Cloud Drive in the CTERA Portal.

Or,

  • Right-click the CTERA Agent Menu Bar icon, image.png, and select Cloud Drive.

The local cloud drive's content is displayed. Folders and files are marked with icons indicating the current synchronization status. Folders and files that are in sync are marked with the image.png icon, and files that are currently synchronizing, or are waiting to be synchronized, are marked with the image.png icon.
