CTERA Mobile enables business users to access their files securely and store them in the cloud where they can be shared with colleagues, partners and customers. CTERA Mobile works in tandem with the CTERA Portal to extend cloud services to mobile users, to provide access to private folders and team project workspaces. The CTERA Portal ensures data consistency, maintains version history and facilitates file sharing among users.

Mobile device security

All content stored locally on the mobile device is encrypted. You can add an additional layer of security by defining a 4-digit PIN code.

Requirements

To run the CTERA Mobile app you must be running CTERA Portal version 6.0.249.1 or later:

iOSAndroid
iOS 13.0 or laterAndroid 5.0 or later.
Some features require a later version, such as 8.0 or later.

Supported languages

The CTERA Mobile app supports the following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Hebrew
  • Italian
  • Spanish

The language is determined by the device language and cannot be changed in the mobile app.

Downloading the CTERA Mobile app

Download the CTERA app on iOS from the Apple App Store and on Android from Google Play. The download is free.

After the app is installed on your mobile device, you can sign in.
