Deleting a device from the CTERA Portal, removes the device from the user account. When the number of registered devices is near the provisioned number that is allowed, you should remove unwanted devices.
To delete a device from the portal:
- Select Main > Devices in the navigation pane.
The Devices page opens, displaying all the devices registered to the portals.

- Select the row of the device to delete and click Delete.
A confirmation window is displayed. The options in the confirmation window depend on the device:

- Click the delete option you want.
The device is disconnected and it, along with any device backups, are unregistered and removed from the portal.
