The portal Event Log provides log details for the following:

| System | Log of all system events. |
| Cloud Backup | Log of backup and restore operations. |
| Cloud Sync | Log of cloud drive synchronization operations. |
| Access | Log of user access. |
| Audit | Log of changes to the CTERA Portal. |
| Agents | Log of CTERA Agent events. |
| Antivirus | Log of virus files detected by the portal antivirus function. This log is only displayed if the antivirus service is enabled. |
| Permanent Deletion | Log of folders and files permanently deleted. |
| Archive | Log of actions performed on archived folders |
