Using CTERA InsightAI

As a global administrator you can use CTERA InsightAI to monitor every team portal.

To access CTERA InsightAI to monitor every team portal:

1. In the global administration view select CTERA InsightAI in the navigation pane.
   The CTERA InsightAI page is displayed.
   
2. Click Launch CTERA InsightAI.
   CTERA InsightAI is opened in a separate tab.

CTERA InsightAI for a global administrator, monitoring every team portal, or for when monitoring a single portal is descibed in CTERA InsightAI.
