Sharing Logs

You can share the log of all events performed by the CTERA Drive Mobile app.

To share the CTERA Drive Mobile app logs:

1. For iOS: Tap in the top right of the app Home screen.
   For Android:

   1. Tap in the top left corner.
      The CTERA Drive Mobile app menu is displayed.
   2. Tap Settings.

   The Settings screen is displayed.

   Note

   Administrators also have the Users option displayed.

2. Tap Send Logs.
   The options to share the logs.txt file is displayed.

3. Select Share to share using one of the device apps or Upload to Portal to upload the log file to CloudDrive/Logs in your CTERA Portal account.
