CTERA Content Services is managed via a web-based user interface.
Signing In
To sign in to the CTERA Content Services administration console:
- Open a web browser. You can use any of the latest two releases of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
- Enter the CTERA Content Services's Administrator IP address to navigate to CTERA Content Services:
https://<ip_address>/admin/login
The Administrator LogIn page is displayed:
- Click Sign In.
The Dashboard page is displayed.
Note
An adminsitrator can also access the adminsitration console after access the end user console:
- In a Web browser open
http://<server_name>
where, servert_name is the name of any one of the content services server.
The Sign In page is displayed.
- Click Sign In.
The user interface is displayed.
- Click your name in the lower left corner of the console.
- In the menu that is displayed, click Administration.
The Administration Dashboard page is displayed.
