The CTERA Content Services user interface consists of the following elements:

Across the top of the user interface your user name initial is displayed. Clicking the initial displays a drop-down menu with the following options:
Dark Mode/Light Mode – CTERA Content Services supports both light and dark displays.Light Mode Dark Mode 

Sign out – Sign out of CTERA Content Services. The Sign In page is displayed.

The central portion of the user interface displays the content.

The navigation pane displays the menu to access the CTERA Content Services configuration options.

To refresh the dashboard, click the Refresh button,

Filtering the Information Displayed
You can filter the dashboard display by the following:
- Tokens used or cost
- Date
Filtering By Tokens or Cost
You can view information in the dashboard, in the Data Overview > Daily Usage and Top Usage Overview panels, based on the number of tokens or the cost in US Dollars.
Tokens are the fundamental, smallest units of text or data that large language models (LLMs) process and generate.

Filtering By Date
You can display dashboard information by different data ranges.
- Click the date range and select the date range you want.

Dashboard Panels
Ingestion
The Ingestion panel displays the amount of new data processed into high-quality, actionable data and the number of documents that the raw data consists of. It also displays the number of tokens for this data and the cost of these tokens.
The graph shows the rate data is ingested with the average also displayed.
In addition the percentage change from the the last time data was ingested and the tokens used from this data is displayed.

Knowledge
The Knowledge panel shows the amount of raw data before processing and the number of docuuments that the raw data consists of. It also displays and the amount of curated data, that is the amount of data that has been processed.
The graph shows the growth of curated rate data with the average also displayed.

Intelligence
The Intelligence panel displays the amount of requests. It also displays the number of tokens fused for these requests and the cost of these tokens.

Data Overview
The Daily Usage tab displays the specific usage for each LLM defined to CTERA Content Services and either by the number of tokens or the cost. The Daily Queries tab diaplys how many queries each LLM processed.

Click the
icon to position the legend, showing the LLMs defined to CTERA Content Services on the top of the display, the default, to the right of the display or under the display.
Collector Status Map
The collector VMs should be close to the storage and more than one collector can be defined. The Collector Status Map displays a map of the world with the location of each collector and whether is the collector is online, offline or has problems.

Ingested Data
The Ingested Data panel displays where the data comes from, either by the data source or from a dataset.
