A support report can be downloaded for a CTERA Edge Filer or agent displayed in a CTERA Portal.
To download a support report for a device:
- Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
This page displays all of your devices that are registered to your account. - Click the device connected to the CTERA Portal for which you want a support report.
The device details are displayed. - Click the
icon and select Download Support Report.
The support report is downloaded as a zip file.
