You can restart your CTERA Edge Filers directly from your CTERA Portal account.
Note
You cannot restart other devices.
To restart an edge filer from your account:
- Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.
This page displays all of your devices that are registered to your account. - Click the
icon to the right of the edge filer you want to restart and select Restart Device.
The page changes to the page with the edge filer details and a confirmation message is displayed. - Click Restart to restart the edge filer.
The edge filer restarts.
