Restarting an Edge Filer from Your Account

You can restart your CTERA Edge Filers directly from your CTERA Portal account.

Note

You cannot restart other devices.

To restart an edge filer from your account:

  1. Click the DEVICES option in the navigation pane.

    This page displays all of your devices that are registered to your account.
  2. Click the image.png icon to the right of the edge filer you want to restart and select Restart Device.
    The page changes to the page with the edge filer details and a confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Restart to restart the edge filer.

The edge filer restarts.
