Setting Up AI Integrations

AI Integrations run on an application server, not of the primary, database, server nor the secondary, replication, server.

Note

In a test environment with only one server that acts as both the primary, database, server and as an application server, AI Integrations can be enabled.

To set up AI Integration:

  1. In the global administration view, select AI Content Services > AI Integrations in the navigation pane.
    The AI Integrations page is displayed.

  2. Click Enable Service.
    The MCP and N8N services enter the CollectingStatus status.

    This stage can take a few minutes before the MCP and N8N services are active.

MCP Server Settings

To configure the MCP Server settings:

  1. In the global administration view, select AI Content Services > AI Integrations in the navigation pane.
    The AI Integrations page is displayed.

  2. Click Settings.
    The Settings page is displayed.

  3. If required, change the Log Level under Log Settings.
  4. If required, change the portal under MCP Service Endpoint.

n8n Settings

To configure the N8N Server settings:

  1. In the global administration view, select AI Content Services > AI Integrations in the navigation pane.
    The AI Integrations page is displayed.

  2. Click Settings.
    The Settings page is displayed.

  3. If required, change the Log Level under Log Settings.

Disabling the AI Integration

To disable AI Integration:

  1. In the global administration view, select AI Content Services > AI Integrations in the navigation pane.
    The AI Integrations page is displayed.

  2. Click Disable Service.

AI integrations are disabled.
