Users

You manage all the users that have access to CTERA Content Services in the Users page.

The users must be defined in Microsoft Entra ID, either as an end user or as an administrator. After a user is defined in Microsoft Entra ID, that user is displayed in the Users page in CTERA Content Services after both Microsoft Entra ID and CTERA Content Services have been synced with each other.

Syncing is done every day at midnight. The administrator can manually sync Microsoft Entra ID and CTERA Content Services at any time, if required.

To manage users:
After signing in, the Dashboard page is displayed.

  1. Select Users in the navigation pane.

  2. Optionally, click the Admins tab to only display the administrators.
  3. Optionally, click the Users tab to only display the end users.
  4. Click Sync Now to sync the list of users with the users defined in Microsoft Entra ID.
