After you have connected to the CTERA Portal the Windows File Explorer or macOS Finder opens showing the portal Cloud Drive page.

If you closed the window, you can reopen in it: Click the CTERA Drive Connect icon and hover over the connection, or the connection in the bookmark list, that has a connection icon, or , at the side, and click Show (Windows) or Show in Finder (macOS) from the popup menu.
With a label defined for the connection:

Icons Used with Folders and Files
Both folders and files are marked in with an icon that identifies the status of the folder or file.
Icon | Meaning |
---|---|
— (no icon) | The folder or file has been downloaded to the computer. |
macOS only: The folder or file is always available locally. While connected to the portal, the file is synced with the portal, so changes are reflected both locally and on the portal. | |
The folder and files actual content are on the portal with stubs saved locally. | |
The content is being synced with the portal. | |
The folders and files cannot be accessed. |
