You can select individual or multiple items by either clicking on the box to the left of each folder or file or by clicking the down arrow on the left in the menu bar. The following options in the drop-down menu apply to all the items in the folder:
Select All – Select all folders and files.
Select Folders – Select only folders.
Select Files – Select only files.
After at least one item is selected, the following option is also displayed:
Select None – Deselect the selected items.
When deleted items are displayed, the following option is also displayed:
Select Deleted – Select the deleted items.
