The number and type of actions that are available to perform on your folders and files depends on the items you have selected. When you select multiple items, the list of actions is limited to actions that can be performed on more than one file, such as delete or download.
To access the available actions, either right-click on the folder or file and click the relevant icon in the drop-down menu or select the folder or file and then click on the relevant icon in the top menu bar. These actions are also available to the right of the folder or file.
You can create folders to store your content, using the icon. For more details, see: Creating or Adding Folders or Files.
Depending on the items selected, all or some of the icons are displayed.
– Download selected items. If you selected multiple items, they are downloaded in a ZIP folder or file. If nothing is selected, all the current folder content will be downloaded. When accessing CTERA Portal through a Chrome browser, users can drag and drop files from the CTERA Portal directly to a local user folder such as Desktop. You can drag and drop only one file at a time.
