Using Ask InsightAI
CTERA InsightAI provides an AI-powered assistive search and chat feature, Ask InsightAI, designed to provide instant, contextual answers to questions about the data, in plain English. Ask InsightAI translates these questions into secure database queries, returning the result as text.
Ask InsightAI is available from every CTERA InsightAI screen and from the navigation pane.
To use Ask Insight:
- Either click Ask Insight in the navigation pane or Ask Insight in any of the screens where it is displayed on the top right of the screen.

- Type your questions in the Ask about your data text box or select one of the predefined prompts.

Click Prompts under the chatbox to display the list of predefined prompts.
Note
You can stop Ask Insight while it is "thinking" by clicking 
in the chatbox.
