Cloud Backup Error: n files were not backed up

Problem

Cloud Backup completes but with the warning: n files were not backed up.

The detailed logs show the following error files that did not backup: Error: Object with the same name already exists

Solution

1. Check the Cloud Backup log to identify the problematic files.
2. Remove problem files from cloud backup. 
3. Run cloud backup to remove files from portal.
4. Cloud Backup should complete successfully.
5. Reselect problem files.
6. Backup should complete as desired with all files.
