Problem
Cloud Backup completes but with the warning: n files were not backed up.
The detailed logs show the following error files that did not backup: Error: Object with the same name already exists
Solution
- Check the Cloud Backup log to identify the problematic files.
- Remove problem files from cloud backup.
- Run cloud backup to remove files from portal.
- Cloud Backup should complete successfully.
- Reselect problem files.
- Backup should complete as desired with all files.
