You can report bugs you have found directly to CTERA Support.

Help – Click Report a Bug to access CTERA Support to report a bug.
Log – Check Enable debug log to include debug information in the cteradriveconnect.log file. The following logs are available:

  • cteradriveconnect.dmp
  • cteradriveconnect.errors
  • cteradriveconnect.log
Note

CTERA recommends not to check this option unless you encounter issues with performance.

Windows: Click Show to display the log file directory in Windows File Explorer.
macOS: Click Show in Finder to display the log file directory in Finder.

Note

The Enable debug log and Show options can also be set in Connection Settings.
